A THIEF who stole sunglasses and shoes from a popular clothes shop has been ordered to pay compensation.
Jemma Rank, 43, snatched four pairs of sunglasses and a pair of shoes from River Island in Colchester city centre on August 18.
Just one month prior, she stole food and health and beauty products worth £318.30 from Tesco Express in High Street.
Rank, of Anemone Court, Colchester, admitted the thefts at Colchester Magistrates’ Court.
She was ordered to pay £318.30 in compensation to Tesco.
