A COLCHESTER business has expanded its portfolio by acquiring an agricultural comfort and performance business.
Milbank Group, which operates from Brunel Way, Colchester, has acquired the UK-based firm Intershape Ltd.
Intershape, a family-run business based in Northamptonshire, boasts more than 30 years’ experience supplying farmers and rural businesses with equipment to improve cow, calf and horse comfort and performance.
Tim Brewer, managing director of Milbank-owned company Silostop Agri, said: “The addition of Intershape to our team is a really exciting opportunity for us.”
