A FAMOUS comedian has announced he will now perform a second show at a Colchester venue due to phenomenal demand.
Jack Whitehall will be bring his new Settled Down performance to Charter Hall, in Cowdray Avenue, on November 7.
The response to the news of the comedian visiting the venue was so positive he has now announced an additional show for the same evening.
The first performance will take place from 7pm, before the second show - tickets for which are on sale now - starts at 9.30pm.
The hour and a half set will see the stand-up comedian and actor show off his most “personal show yet”.
Speaking ahead of the performace, the comedian expanded on what audiences can expect from his forthcoming new tour.
He said: “This is my most personal show yet, with plenty of material about the big changes that have happened in my life.
“It’s about my struggle to settle down gracefully.
“I’ve got a long-term partner, a ridiculous dog and am now hurtling towards middle aged without a clue.
“It’s about a foppish man-child’s cack-handed attempt at adulting!”
Jack previously performed in Colchester earlier this year, in March, it only took 40 minutes for tickets to sell out.
The first show went on sale last week and sold over 500 tickets in the first 15 minutes.
Tickets for both shows cost £37.
