A DRIVER has been fined more than £400 for driving a truck six miles per hour over the speed limit.
Scott Doyle, 44, had been driving a DAF truck on the M25 at 3.40am in March this year when he caught speeding at 46mph in a 40mph zone.
After confirming he was the driver of the truck, however Doyle, of Braiswick, Colchester, did not comply with his fixed penalty notice, according to court papers.
Last month, magistrates in Medway proved Doyle’s guilt in his absence, and issued him a fine of £403.
