A TEENAGER has been arrested and charged with possessing a bladed article.
Essex Police officers stopped and searched a young man in the outskirts of Colchester on Monday before recovering a kitchen knife.
They then arrested and charged a 17-year-old with possessing a bladed article.
He will appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court in December.
