THE much-anticipated annual Christmas menu is ready to rock all the way up to Christmas at the Talbooth Restaurant, Dedham, from Friday - December 1.

The fabulous five-course gourmet menu, in the making since February, has been specially created by head chef Jamie Jackson, along with optional wines to accompany the menu, promising to enhance each and every dish.

The menu will be available every evening from this Friday to Saturday December 23, (excluding Sundays).

Paul Milsom, managing director, said: “We are delighted to showcase our Christmas Gourmet Menu, which has been put together by Jamie Jackson and has been months in the planning commencing in February when the menu was written and circulated for review.

“A full-tasting took place in September, in conjunction with Simon Gotelee of Mr. Wheeler Wine, to choose some fantastic wines to complement Jamie’s fabulous and innovative five-course menu.

“We are now very excited for our customers.”

The Talbooth Restaurant was established in 1952 - an idyllic riverside restaurant (beside the River Stour in Dedham on the Essex/Suffolk border).

The restaurant was awarded 3AA Rosettes in September 2019.
