A TEENAGE girl has been given a community order for two offences, including assaulting a police officer.
Millie Gwilliam, of Ipswich Road, Colchester, appeared in court at the start of the month where she admitted assaulting Stewart Mayne and beating an emergency worker, PC Kara Toleman.
The offences took place on Thursday, June 29, and Gwilliam, aged 19, appeared in court to admit the two charges in September.
Officials at Colchester Magistrates' Court sentenced Gwilliam on Wednesday, November 1, ordering her to participate in 30 days of rehabilitation activity.
