A CRASH has resulted in the closure of a busy main road which leads to a much-used airport.
The southbound lane on the M11 has been shut down between Junction 10 at Saffron Walden and Junction 8 at Bishops Stortford.
As a result, traffic heading towards Stansted Airport is understood to be moving slowly.
The scene is expected to be cleared between 7pm and 7.15pm, while traffic conditions are expected to return to normal between 7.45pm and 8pm.
