A BUSINESS has moved to a new site in Tiptree after expanding and creating a new business.
Family owned removal company, Mr O Removals has moved to Crate Unit 4, Business Park in Kelvedon Road.
The business, run by husband and wife duo Richard and Louise O’Loughlin from Tiptree, began in 2012 when Richard decided to set up his own business after working for Essex Police.
Louise joined the business in November 2012 as marketing and admin manager after previously working at a school.
After running Mr O Removals successfully for more than a decade, the duo have started a new venture with an estate agency business in their first-ever premises.
Also at the new Tiptree site will be Sage Green Estate Agents, run alongside the removal company.
Now in their 12th year of business in the home sector, they have made the jump into an estate agency.
They will be offering their services within Tiptree and the surrounding areas whilst running their removal company with a team of experienced staff.
They hope their two businesses will work in harmony as they work in house sales, purchases and removals.
Their “exciting announcement” was met with lots of support from customers who congratulated them on their successful business growth.
Louise said: “After 12 years of running a successful removals company we are pleased to announce that we have now started an estate agency, Sage Green Estate Agents.
“We will run both businesses from our new office at Crate, Tiptree in Tower Business Park, Kelvedon Road, Tiptree CO5 0LX.
“If you are planning on selling your property, or moving house, please come and see us, or contact us.
“And as an extra bonus, we are next to the coffee shop.”
The business owners describe themselves as being “both dedicated and passionate about building a successful business for themselves and their family.”
Their existing removal business has been nominated for lots of awards including the national family business awards, Essex business excellence awards and North Essex business awards.
They proudly won the Theo Paphitis small business Sunday award in 2017.
