A team of paranormal researchers are set to take over Colchester Castle next month.
The evening event, set for February 24, is organised by Colchester Museums for those intrigued by the unexplained.
Attendees will partake in a journey with the researchers into the captivating world of paranormal inquiries with activities and demonstrations aimed at ensuring an immersive experience.
Michelle Burrows, portfolio holder for leisure, culture and heritage, said: "This event promises to be a fantastic evening.
"Running from 7.30pm to midnight, join the team for an unforgettable evening exploring the unexplained."
Europe's largest Norman keep, Colchester Castle, houses a lineage that extends back many centuries.
With 2,000 years of history in the Roman Vaults and the foundations of the Temple of Claudius, the castle has a rich history.
The team of paranormal researchers, armed with their knowledge and proficiency, are expected to debunk the many puzzles enshrouded within the castle's history.
Irrespective of whether an attendee is a doubter or a firm proponent of the supernatural, the event pledges to be an unparalleled experience which will linger well beyond the closure of the event.
Tickets are priced at £35 per person. Call 01206 282939 to book your spot.
