A COLCHESTER man accused of messaging an underage girl and asking what she looked like in her underwear has been named.
Charles Wray, of Nayland Road, Colchester, appeared at Ipswich Crown Court on Tuesday to admit to two counts of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child under the age of 16.
He denied, however, a third charge of intentionally inciting a child to engage a child in sexual activity.
His honour Judge David Wilson told Wray, 29, the case will be revisited next month.
Wray will reappear in court on Tuesday, February 6.
