FORMER Colchester United winger Brennan Dickenson has signed for National League side Hartlepool United on loan from Oldham Athletic.
The 30-year-old came on for his Pools debut in the second half of their 2-1 win at Bromley on Saturday, replacing another former U's attacker, Courtney Senior.
Dickenson told the Hartlepool website: "I'm very pleased to be here and hopefully I can hit the ground running.

"I've played at the Suit Direct Stadium a few times over the years and the fans are always great here.

He joined the U's in the summer of 2016 and, in his first season, scooped the player-of-the-year and players' player-of-the-year accolades.
Dickenson left Colchester to join MK Dons in 2019 and also played for Exeter City before joining Carlisle in August, 2020.
He was released by the Cumbrians last summer and joined Oldham for whom he has made 16 appearances this season, scoring five goals.
Now the former Brighton and Hove Albion youngster is looking to make an impact for Hartlepool, in the second half of the season.

Hartlepool boss Kevin Phillips told the club's website: "I'm delighted that Brennan has decided to join us.
"He's a wide player with a fantastic left foot.
"He's got great attributes - he's got physicality and can be quite direct, but he's also very sharp and can take a player on.
"He will create competition in the squad and it's an opportunity for him to show what he's about."
