A mental health group is hosting a football match to kick off conversations about men’s mental well-being.
According to NHS figures, men make up three-quarters of people taking their own lives each year, making it the leading cause of death for men under 50.
Reach Out for Mental Health offers a variety of support for those who struggle with suicidal thoughts and has now set up a friendly football match to start conversations about mental health.
The match is free to attend and will take place on May 21 between 7pm and 8pm at Colchester United Community Stadium.
Anyone interested can book a free place via info@reachoutfmh.co.uk
