THREE Colchester Institute events are taking place on the same day next week as the education provider prepares for another year of learning.

Colchester Institute provides full-time and part-time courses for learners ranging from 16 to 19 year olds, apprentices, adults, businesses, and employers.

An adult learner open event will take place on Thursday June 6 at the Colchester Campus on Sheepen Road at 6pm to 7pm.

This is a chance to explore adult learning opportunities, including those looking to study a degree through University Centre Colchester.

On the same day there is also the University Centre Colchester open day event which is designed to show people the degrees and diplomas available through the accredited University Centre Colchester.

This event is not suitable if you are seeking a school’s leavers course and is instead for those wishing to study a Level 4, 5, or 6 qualification.

The time for the University Centre Colchester open day event is also at 6pm to 7pm.

Finally, there is the Turn your Skills to Teaching Event which is for people with “real world experience and a passion for sharing your skills” with the time of 6.30pm to 8pm.

All three events take place at the Colchester Institute Steephen Campus with free parking for open day events.
