TWO people who were arrested following the unexpected death of a baby in Colchester have been released without charge.

The man and woman, who have not been named, were arrested on suspicion of murder earlier this month after paramedics were called to an address in Buffett Way on Sunday, May 12.

The baby sadly died in the early hours the following morning, with Essex Police opening a murder investigation.
