A POPULAR venue has applied for permission to serve alcohol throughout the day until late at night.
Colchester Zoo, in Maldon Road, has applied to Colchester City Council for a premises licence.
If successful, the organisation will be allowed to sell alcohol and provide “regulated entertainment” seven days a week, from 9am to 11.30pm.
Any representation to this application must be sent to Colchester Council’s licensing authority at licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk, by June 28.
