A suspected serial offender charged with four counts of shop theft in Colchester’s city centre has appeared in court.
Essex Police arrested a 33-year-old man following an investigation from the city centre policing team into shoplifting offences between May and June this year.
Yesterday, June 12, a man from Colchester was charged with four counts of theft from shops and was remanded in police custody.
He was due to appear in court today, June 13.
