HEAVY traffic is building on the A12 after a car broke down.
The A12 southbound is partially blocked and full of queuing traffic from the J26, Tollgate Interchange, to J25, Marks Tey.
The traffic is building due to a stalled vehicle in the construction area of the road, the AA traffic map website reports.
