A three-bedroom house in Colchester, in need of completion, will be up for auction for £195,000 later this month.
The semi-detached house on Victor road, Colchester is among 165 lots in the latest auction, that will be held by one of the UK’s top 5 property auctioneers, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.
The unfinished house is located in the New Town area of the city, just a short distance from local bars, restaurants, recreational facilities and city centre shopping.
Public transportation links are located nearby, including buses and rail lines to London Liverpool Street.
The house has recently undergone work for improvements, including a new boiler, damp proofing and a new firewall in the loft space.
“The property has double glazed windows and gas heating system via radiators, but it does require some finishing off,” Regional Director and Auctioneer, Paul Bridgeman, said.
As well as 63 Victor Road, another house in Colchester will be listed at the auction.
A two-bedroom terraced house, located on Cedars Road, will be up for £140,000 - £150,000.
“The property, which is in need of some improvement, has a gas heating system via radiators and a yard to the rear of the property,” Paul explained.
Bidding for this month’s auction, the fifth of 2024, goes live on 22 July and ends on 24 July.
