A COLCHESTER crash is causing slow traffic down a busy city road.
Slow traffic is building around B1022 Shrub End Road Westbound at Plume Avenue, after a crash occurred this morning.
This was first reported at 5.52am on the AA traffic map website.
Emergency services have been contacted for comment.
