The streets boasting the most high-value homes in Colchester as well as some of the cheapest have been revealed.
Professional fast sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from the HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Colchester postcodes.
The most expensive street in Colchester was St Clare Road in the CO3 postcode where properties sold for an average of £1,383,750.
While the least expensive street was The Dell in the CO1 postcode which saw 15 properties being sold for an average of £85,241.
Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam added: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on St Clare Road (CO3) sold for £1,750,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £64,750 and under on Panton Crescent (CO4), Hythe Quay (CO4) and Hythe Quay (CO4).”
