COLCHESTER United are looking to add to their first-team coaching staff following the departure of Lorenzo Dolcetti.
Dolcetti departed his role as the U's first-team coach and analyst earlier this month to take up a new position as assistant coach at Greek SuperLeague side Athens Kallithea FC.
The Italian has linked up with compatriot Massimo Donati, who last month was appointed as the Greek club’s first team manager and U's boss Danny Cowley says they are now actively looking for a replacement.

Cowley said: "We'll look to try to bring in another person with a similar skill set.
"The coach analyst role is definitely something we'd like to add.
"We've got young Enda (Brannock) who does a great job for us in terms of performance analysis.
"The way we work, for us to be able to develop players and to develop the team, it's not just an on-the-field coaching programme, it's also an off-the-field coaching programme."
Dolcetti arrived at Colchester in January, combining coaching and analysis working with head coach Danny Cowley and assistant, Nicky Cowley.
He was reunited with the Cowley brothers, having previously worked alongside the duo at Portsmouth.
"We're really disappointed to see Lorenzo go but we're really pleased for him," added Cowley.

"We're a club that try to develop young players and young people but also, try to develop our staff as well.
"Lorenzo is a boy that has an incredible skill set and speaks five languages.
"He's a really good coach on the pitch and a really good coach, off the pitch.
"He has so many skills and we always knew that at some point, that there would be an opportunity for him.
"To go to the Greek Super League is a great moment and a great opportunity.
"We're sad to see him go but we wish him well."
