COLCHESTER United continue their preparations for the new League Two season with a friendly at Wycombe Wanderers tomorrow.
The U's will take on the Chairboys - managed by former U's boss Matt Bloomfield - in two behind-closed-doors games, as they look to continue to build their fitness ahead of their League Two curtain-raiser at AFC Wimbledon, on August 10.
Colchester and Wycombe are set to play two 60-minutes matches, with the first match kicking off at 12pm.

New signings Lyle Taylor and Ben Goodliffe set to feature for the first time in pre-season along with Samson Tovide, after the trio missed the U's opening friendly win at Maldon and Tiptree, last weekend.
Harry Anderson and Manny Egbo are also expected to play a part in the games, as they continue to build up their match fitness following their injury lay-offs.
The duo missed the latter stages of last season due to injury but were back out on the field for the U's in their 2-0 friendly win at Pitching In Isthmian League division north side Maldon and Tiptree, last weekend.
Anderson, who joined Colchester on a permanent basis earlier this summer, saw his 2023-24 season cut short by a high-grade hamstring injury suffered in the U's 2-1 home defeat to Stockport County, in April.
Defender Egbo suffered a serious knee injury in March, forcing him to sit out the final two months of the campaign.
Colchester boss Danny Cowley said: “Harry has done well in pre-season.
“His numbers look good, so he’s one of those that we felt was ready to play.

“We’ve had a few who haven’t played as much football in the calendar year as we’d have liked like Harry, Manny (Egbo), Samson (Tovide).
“It was good to get Manny and Harry some minutes."
Colchester hold their popular annual Open Day, on Sunday.
It takes place between 11am and 4pm and Danny and Nicky Cowley will be with the players, including all the recent new signings, and staff to welcome everyone to the JobServe Community Stadium.
There will also be a Q and A with chairman Robbie Cowling and the event will also give supporters a first chance to see and purchase the U's new home and away kits, for the 2024/25 campaign.
