Mooney is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today (Saturday 20 July).
The scene at Hamlet Court Road has since been lifted with community Policing officers carrying out patrols in the area – addressing public concerns.

“Our officers will remain in the area across the weekend,
“Please speak with our officers about any concerns you may have,” Superintendent Leigh Norris said.
