Repz Gym offers a friendly and motivating environment, and equipment including the brands Hammer Strength, Cybex, Precor, Life Fitness, Panatta, Watson and Escape.

Owned by Ben Rowe, with more than 16 years of experience, the gym describes itself as “not a budget gym”, putting “quality over quantity”.

‘Team Benbo’ specialist coaches are available and gym prices range from £9 for a day pass and £13.50 for a weekend pass to £450 for an annual membership.

This gym, at Grange Way, offers group workouts as well as personal training and individual workouts.

The gym offers Saturday morning classes including HIIT at 8am and Pilates, stretching and 'Indian clubs' at 9am.
