For the very first time, Braintree Village is offering a summer spectacular of films galore at their very own open-air cinema experience, running between August 20 - 29. 

Friends and family can laugh and cry at their favourite movie moments while making the most of the outdoors, the amazing weather, and oh those summer nights! The packed schedule includes recent blockbuster hits, family favourites and all-time beloved classics, from Harry Potter to Barbie, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Dirty Dancing and more. 

Food and drink will be on offer at the event for guests to grab their fave film snacks, and attendees are invited to bring their own deckchairs and blankets, to ensure the best seat in the house, and that come the trailers, everything is in place for a magical movie experience. A limited number of pillows and blankets are also available to hire and can be pre-booked in advance.

The Open Air Cinema will be located adjacent to the top of the North Car Park at Braintree Village and will screen films daily at 12pm, 3.30pm and 7pm.
