ESSEX Highways have announced their plans for works which will be taking place on Ipswich Road in Colchester.
Essex Highways are renewing the pedestrian traffic signals on Ipswich Road, Colchester to ensure they continue to work smoothly for the safety of pedestrians.
Works will be carried out from Wednesday September 4, from 7.00pm to 5.00am, for three weeks.
The roadworks will take place close to the entrance of Goring Road.
Lane restrictions will be in place with temporary signals to provide a safe working area for operatives. A temporary pedestrian crossing will be provided for this time.
