RESIDENTS in two areas of Colchester are experiencing an unexpected power cuts, due to a high voltage overhead electricity line fault.
Those with postcodes in the CO2 0 and CO2 8 areas are potentially affected, with engineers on their way to the areas to confirm when the power will return.
Over 400 people are thought to be affected this morning.
