A TALENTED Colchester hip-hop collective is set to headline a city venue as a warm-up before they head out on their first-ever European tour next month.
Popular group Monster Florence will headline Three Wise Monkeys on September 27.
The band, which was named in The Gazette’s artists and bands to keep an eye on for 2024 list, has continued to impress audiences across the country.
Comprised of Dream Mclean, Alex Osiris, Wallace Rice, Tom Donovan, Jonny Poole, and Cameron Morrell, the alt hip-hop group has worked with beloved poet John Cooper Clarke, and Liverpudlian rocker, Miles Kane.
The group has also performed a thrilling live session at the iconic Abbey Roads Studio and released their second studio record, Master System.
Now, after many tour dates and festival appearances across the UK, Monster Florence are heading out on their first ever-European tour in October.
The band said: “We're thrilled to be heading to Europe and the UK this year with a new live show - we can't wait to play and meet our fans in these places.
“Being able to perform an intimate, high energy local show at Three Wise Monkeys before we hit the road feels great.”
