COLCHESTER United striker Lyle Taylor suffered disappointment on the international front after his Montserrat side lost 1-0 to Bonaire, in their Concacaf Nations League B Group A clash.
The 34-year-old played the full 90 minutes for Lee Bowyer's side but was unable to prevent their narrow defeat, at the Arnos Vale Ground.
Former Colchester midfielder Brandon Comley also featured for Montserrat, in the defeat.
Ayrton Cicilia scored Bonaire's winner, in the 28th minute.
Montserrat had beaten Bonaire 1-0 in the first game between the two sides on Thursday, with Taylor bagging the winner from the penalty spot.
The Montserrat skipper is expected to return to U's training on Thursday ahead of the home game against Cheltenham Town, two days later.
