A major road near Colchester has been shut 'both ways' following a police incident.
The A12 has been 'closed in both directions' at Junction 25 near Marks Tey following an incident at around 10am.
Traffic has built up until Stanway and motorists are advised to use alternative routes.
Essex Police has been contacted for further information.
