A DRIVER will stand trial next year accused of being unable to keep control of his sports car in Stanway.
Mitchell Cowling, 37, appeared before Colchester Magistrates’ Court last Thursday charged with one traffic offence which allegedly took place in November last year.
He denied being a driver not in a position to have control of a vehicle, with a trial set for next year.
Cowling, of Colchester Road, Great Totham, Maldon, will appear before Colchester Magistrates’ Court on Friday, June 6, when the trial is expected to begin.
