A cyclist has been left with serious injuries following a crash in Colchester, as police appeal for help.
Essex Police are investigating a collision between a car and a cyclist which took place shortly before 5pm on Saturday, October 26.
Officers were called to Nayland Road, where a cyclist, a man in his 80s, had suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police have confirmed that the cyclist is in a stable condition and their inquiries are ongoing.
Anyone with information or footage that could assist the investigation is urged to get in touch with Essex Police, citing incident 858 of October 26.
