A FORMER police officer who assaulted two emergency workers has been ordered to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work by the courts.
Lucian Moise, 45, appeared before Chelmsford Magistrates Court last Wednesday to admit the assault by beating of Joshua Sleigh and the common assault of Rebeca Zavoianu.
The defendant, of Prettygate Road, Colchester, was a former police officer of ten years, and both of his victims were special constables.
He was ordered to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work and £100 to each of his victims.
