A BUSY road near Colchester is partially blocked due to an 'obstruction in the road'.
The A12 southbound is partially blocked after J30, Stratford St Mary/Dedham, with congestion to J31, East Bergholt, after a crash.
Traffic is also slow northbound on the A12 as cars slow down to look at the incident.
This was first reported today (November 18) at 6.45am on the AA traffic website.
The emergency services have been contacted for more information.
