A SCHOOL in Colchester has delayed its start to the school day after "unforeseen site issues".
St Helena, in Sheepen Road, has pushed its start back to 10.45am this morning.
In a text to parents seen by the Gazette, it says the delayed start is due to "unforeseen site issues".
The statement continues: "Students are required to make their way to school for a 10.45am start and should make their way to their tutor groups at that time.
"If students are already on site or on way we can accommodate those and they should make their way to the canteen.
"We apologise for any inconvenience but we must make sure the site is safe."
