Colchester United man named in Sky Bet League Two Team of the Week
COLCHESTER United midfielder Jamie McDonnell has been named in the Sky Bet League Two Team of the Week for the second successive week.
The 20-year-old midfielder continued his fine recent form with another impressive performance for the U's, helping them claim a 1-0 win at Grimsby Town, last weekend.
McDonnell, who is on loan at Colchester from Premier League side Nottingham Forest, was in typically tenacious form to help his side claim their first away victory of the season at Blundell Park, thanks to John-Kymani Gordon's late winner.

The Northern Ireland under-21 international made his first-ever professional start in Colchester's 1-1 draw at Chesterfield, on October and has gone on to make a further six successive league and cup starts, for Danny Cowley's side.
McDonnell scored his first-ever professional goal earlier this month when he netted the U's stoppage-time equaliser in their 1-1 draw with Bradford City.
His performance and goal against Bradford earned him a place in the Team of the Week and he has now made it again, for the second successive week.
In total, McDonnell has made 11 league and cup appearances since joining Colchester on a season-long loan from Forest, on the final day of the summer transfer window.
