A TEENAGER has been brought before court charged with possession of heroin and crack cocaine in Colchester.
Shaquille Simaoo, 19, was charged with two counts of possessing the class A drugs in June and appeared before Colchester Magistrates’ Court for sentencing earlier this month.
He admitted both offences.
Magistrates fined Simaoo, of Timber Hill, Colchester, £120 and ordered him to pay £85 in costs.
They also ordered the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
