A PERSONAL trainer who drove a 4x4 without having a licence has been given five penalty points on his driving record.
Brendan Gordon, 66, was behind the wheel of his MG in Birch Park, Colchester, when he committed the offence in May.
Court papers show Gordon, who runs a wellness gym from his address, drove without due care and attention whilst not having a licence.
He admitted one charge of driving without a licence and one charge of driving without due care and attention when he appeared before Colchester Magistrates’ Court last Thursday.
Gordon, of Mill Lane, Birch, was given five points on his provisional licence and fined £184.
Magistrates also ordered him to pay further costs of £184.
