POLICE in Tendring have vowed to get tough on drug and car crime after arresting three people in a dawn raid.
Inspector Jason Scrivener, of Clacton police, said a number of raids were planned in a crackdown over the next few months.
Two raids were carried out on Friday morning in the Clacton area.
The raids were carried out under Operation Thaw, which will last for another two months.
After the operation, Insp Scrivener said: “This is the first of a number of warrants that will be executed over the next couple of months."
