Ducks in Weeley have been going quackers over the wet weather.
Traffic stopped in the village to allow this family of ducks to cross Thorpe Road, outside the Weeley Council Offices.
Earlier this year Tendring First councillors Mark Cossens and Peter Balbirnie put up “Duck Crossing” signs outside the offices to prevent birds being killed on the road.
Mr Cossens said the problem is that ducks want to swim in the pond, but then cross the road to feed at nearby farms.
