North Essex: mum and daughter ask: 'do you have the XYZ factor?'
A FUNDRAISING mother and daughter have teamed up to organise a talent show in aid of three good causes.
Lesley and Sophie Hyatt, of Harwich Road, Beaumont, want performers of any age to take part in the XYZ Factor.
The duo are raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support, the village’s play park, and Beaumont’s St Leonard’s Church.
The event is on Saturday from 7pm at Beaumont village hall, and there is a £25 prize for the three to 17-year-old category winner.
To order XYZ Factor tickets, (audience £3, performers £1), in advance and book a performing slot, call Mrs Hyatt on 07840 480686.
Performers can turn up at the village hall on the night.
