LOVE will bring Sleeping Beauty back to life at Clacton’s Princes Theatre.
The traditional family pantomime is being staged by the Princes Theatre Youth Company and curtain-up on the song and dance action takes place on December 27 for a four-night run.
More than 40 young performers from across Tendring will be making sure the children’s favourite panto has lots of fun for all ages, as well as some dynamic dance routines, dazzling costumes, the must-have slapstick and clever special effects.
London-based director Maddy Lewis is overseeing the production for the first time and will be working with Frinton-based choreographer Simone Castle and musical director Neil Whitfield, of Clacton.
There will be six shows with afternoon and evening performances on Saturday and Sunday, and evening performances only on December 29 and 30.
Tickets are £9 and £7.50 for concessions and are available from 01255 686633 or from the tourist information office at the Town Hall.
