A BOMB disposal team from Colchester was called in to a suspect parcel.
A heavy package, which had cost £7 to post, was delivered to a council office in Ipswich.
Staff thought it might be a bomb, and raised the alarm.
Police called in the Colchester bomb experts, closed the road and evacuated the town centre building, The bomb team X-rayed the package ... only to discover that a driver paying a £30 fixed penalty was making a protest by sending it all in 10p coins.
