TODDLERS showed off their star qualities in a festive talent show.
Youngsters at Puddleducks Day Nursery in Old Heath Road, Colchester, took to the stage for their annual Christmas performance in the style of the TV show, Britain’s Got Talent.
About 20 children, aged three to five, dressed up as different Christmas characters and sang festive songs including Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, When Santa Got Stuck Up The Chimney and Jingle Bells.
Family and friends then rated their performances by holding up score cards marked with ticks or crosses.
Grace Charters, nursery manager, said: “It was a chance for everyone to enjoy themselves.
“We did a Christmas nativity last year, so this year we thought we would make it a bit different.
“The children all know about X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent, so we thought it would be a fun thing to do.”
