It was a moment to remember for Holly Lofting, Jessica and Hannah Venables and Ella Richardson when they met Santa at a grotto set up at Springlands Nursery, Shrub End Road, Colchester.
Nursery boss Catherine House said: “The staff loved it as much as the children visiting us.”
Money raised will go to the NSPCC.
