I am looking for anyone related to my late great uncle, Frederick Lambert Parker, who was born in Portsmouth in 1905 and/or Eleanor Alice Byham, his step-daughter. According to his death certificate he died at Heath Hospital, Tendring in 1984 and the informant on the certificate was Eleanor Byham who, in 1984, was living at 16b Rosemary Road, Clacton.
