A teenager has spoken for the first time about an Essex woman who tried to sell her virginity for £30,000 when she was 13.
The girl, who is now 18 but still cannot be named for legal reasons, told a national newspaper Fleur Brown, who at the time was living in Heybridge, gave her drugs, then offered her for sale as a child porn actress.
She was taken to a London hotel, believing she was meeting a porn photographer. Instead, she met an undercover reporter posing as a paedophile.
Police then arrested Brown, and at Snaresbrook Crown Court in May 2007 was given a 12-month prison sentence, suspended for two years for offering the girl.
She was also given an eight-month suspended sentence for possession of a class A drug.
Her victim has now spoken to the News of the World, which arranged the original sting. She said she had been disgusted by Brown’s lenient sentence.
