RAIL passengers can claim refunds, following the strikes which disrupted services earlier this month.
National Express East Anglia has announced full reimbursement will be given on unused outward-bound tickets, bought for days affected by the action.
Passengers will receive full refunds, even if their journey would have taken them to other parts of the country where trains were running normally.
In cases where people used return tickets to reach their destination but could not get back, a 50 per cent refund will be given.
Passengers who were unable to make full use of weekly tickets can also claim compensation, but must do so within seven days of the last strike, which took place on Thursday.
Refunds will be made via ticket offices, and customers who paid by credit or debit card will have the refund credited to their account.
Unused tickets bought online should be sent, with a covering letter, to Customer Relations Office, Norwich Station, Station Approach, Norwich, NR1 1EF. Season ticket holders are advised to fill a claim form by visiting www.nationalexpresseastanglia.com
