THE purveyors of cool arrive at Princes Theatre, Clacton, this week for another Rat Pack Vegas Spectacular.
Currently touring the country, the musical party tribute to the legendary Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Junior also includes some glamour with a tribute to Marilyn Monroe.
The show’s founder, Wayne Kennedy, leads the way as Dean Martin.
Although still based in Derbyshire, the past 20 years have seen him constantly flying around the globe, including more than 200 trips to the USA.
He started in 2002 with a solo show, but soon realised the potential draw of a Rat Pack Show.
He then recruited a Frank and a Sammy before they all headed off to Vegas to play the big casino theatres.
Featuring some of the greatest music of the 20th century, including classics like Come Fly With Me, Under My Skin, Mr Bojangles, Lady is a Tramp and Mack the Knife, Wayne has toured with the show all over the world.
For the current tour, Ipswich’s Roman Marek takes on the role of Frank Sintra, while Jim Whitley has recently taken over the role of Sammy Davis Junior.
There is also more than a touch of glamour courtesy of Suzie Kennedy as Marilyn Monroe.
Based in London, she has been a regular face, as Marilyn, for numerous television programmes, films and commercials.
With Marilyn, the Rat Pack Orchestra and the Fabulous Vegas Show Girls, the Rat Pack Vegas Spectacular takes to the Princess Theatre stage on Thursday, at 7.30pm.
All seats cost £17. They can be booked by calling the box office 01255 686633.
